Does it? How do you know? Have you been on the street with Klingons?

I would not accept your explanation of "street slang." This would imply that
it is a correct usage in some situations, whereas I believe it is simply
wrong. Again, I cannot *prove* this, any more than you can prove that this is
actual Klingon slang.

I don't know if I like this usage of {-chugh} with {'e'}. A translation would
be "We certainly know that if a story is funny." I'd recommend a change to:
tlhaQchugh lut, ngoDvam wISovbej jay'!

I don't think you finished this sentence, but I still don't get it.
{matlhaQbe'moHbe'} means "we don't cause to be not funny." What do you mean
by this? Does your change mean you disagree with my other rendering?
