I think a tool is truly useful only if it can act on something; that was
why I considered the {tuj muvwI'} entry as evidence for a transitive {muv}.
But of course I don't know whether a thermo-suture is supposed to join two
things together or if the thermo-suture itself is supposed to join with
something, so even if I do use it with an object, this doesn't tell me if
I can apply it to *two* objects that I want to stick together.
There's also the dictionary entry {muvmoH} "recruit" to look at, from
which I infer that {muv} does *not* mean to combine things, but instead
means to become part of something.
