You misspelled the second {betleHmey}, but this is otherwise perfect.
{QobHa'} is a hard word to translate directly into english! The Klingon
meaning is perfectly clear, but should I translate it as "safe"? Maybe
"harmless"?

Again fine except for the misspelled {betleH}.

This is a little vague, but it's grammatically correct.

The first word might also be "someone". {chenmoH} is often translated
as "make", but I chose to translate the sentence literally to show what
the Klingon really says.

This makes sense. [I hope you weren't trying to use {Do'Ha'} adverbially
to say "We are in Britain... unfortunately." There is no justification
for putting adverbials anywhere after the verb, even for emphasis.]
