That's {HI-} (imperative, you-me) + {qem} "bring"; thus {HIqem} is
"Bring me!". I would have chosen {jIHvaD qa'vIn yIqem} personally, but
we've already seen how sloppy Klingon is with regard to direct/indirect
object distinction.
