Translating others' words is usually harder than creating one's own.

Not bad. I've translated this as {lujbej lujlaHbogh vay'}.

majQa'! I'd use {qoj} instead of {pagh} and drop the {'oH}s, myself.

Vocabulary aside, I don't think {moch} "be superior" works this way.
Try using {jey} "defeat" instead. At previous qep'a'mey, I believe
some terms were coined for card games, but I don't know what they are.

My advice is to tell us about what's going on around you. Start translating
your own thoughts, not posters or paperweights (and definitely not Proust).
