Agreed. Though, reH = "forever" was made explicit in "Power Klingon":
reH 'uQvam vIqawtaH
"I will remember this dinner forever."
reH tlhIngan wo' taHjaj
"May the Klingon Empire continue forever!"
(i.e. "Long live the Klingon Empire!"
reH tlhInganpu' taHjaj
Klingons forever!
