I don't know what the atmosphere was like last year, however judging from
the folk and the atmosphere at the qep'a' wa'DIch, you would be welcomed
(possibly even encouraged) to wear your armour ALL the time! Especially
when leaving the hotel for excursions to local restaurants and such. The
only time when I would really discourage armour and other typical
accoutrement is in the pool.
