A Qa' is some type of predator. A Qa'Hom, while similar to a Qa', as not a
Qa'. The use of Qa'Hom is used in an epethetical sense (and this is somewhat
of a speculation) refering to a person who may act like a Qa', a predator, but
is actually something less than that. Like a toad puffing up to appear larger.
