Let me try again (and probably for the last time).

SENTENCE ONE: it's about the story.
SENTENCE TWO: also about the story.
SENTENCE THREE: a shift from the story to the person who posted it.  So, why did
HE post it?

I've got no problem with your translation of the sentence as I rendered it.  It 
works fine.  If that's not the direction you wanted to go with it, that's okay, 
I'm fine with that.  But, if you had wanted to go in that direction, it works 
well.
