The usual Klingon phrasing for something like "for four years" is
{qaStaHvIS loS DIS} "while four years were occurring".  Just what do you
mean by "I am really not good"?  Do you behave badly? :-)  Consider using
the verb {po'} "be skilled".  [You misspelled {'ach} -- no Klingon words
begin with a vowel.  I assume it was simply a typo; try to be careful.]

I don't like this use of {yIn}, but I can't really say it's wrong.  But I
*can* say that you used the wrong verb prefix!  Since there's no object in
this sentence, it should be {jIyIn}.

Why start with anything except what you have to say?  Be bold!  Be direct!

TKW's working title was TKBOV; I have a catalog from 1-800-TREKKER showing
a book which looks remarkably like "The Klingon Way" except for its title
being "The Klingon Book of Virtues".  The published book is TKW.  So far as
I know, there is no audiotape of it with *either* title [yet].

Without knowing what you really want to say, I don't know where to start
either.  What's the *rest* of the sentence?  Is it something like these?
"In the name of my town, the letter K appears twice."
"In the name of your son, are there one or two syllables?"
"In the name of the Children of the Bird, I claim this island."
The first two are straighforward; use the noun suffix {-Daq} on the noun
{pong}.  The third one is different; what does "in the name of" *mean*?
Don't translate the *words*, translate the *ideas* behind the words.

I'm afraid this is a bit beyond the scope of my duties, but you ought to
check out the Star Trek Encyclopedia.  It goes into some detail.  Try to
find the DS9 episode "Sword of Kahless", which mentions a lot of events.
