And of course the Klingon noun suffix -'e' seems to function in the same way as 
the Japanese topic-marking particle "wa."

But, please, let's not start insisting that Klingon is Japanese.

It's been my experience that Klingon is varied enough that whatever common or 
obscure language you are acquainted with you can probably find some quirk of it 
in Klingon.  Is that remarkable?  I doubt it.
