{mu'mey} and {'e'} are the objects of verbs! Make sure you use the correct
prefix, on the table on TKD page 33.
Also, there's an annoying (but fun, and I think I'm the only person on the
list to think this) little rule which says you can't have a Type 7 verb suffix
(Aspect) on the second verb in a sentence-as-object sentence.
Finally, there's a handy little verb which will get across the idea of "a
few": {puS}. You don't need to use it, but it may bring the Klingon closer to
your English original.
mu'mey puS vIghItlhpu' 'e' vInID.
I have tried to write some words.
You might also try different aspect suffixes on {ghItlh} to see if they come
closer to your meaning.

Why the {Sa-}? If "food" is the object, you need the object = "it" suffix,
{vI-}:
ramvam Soj vIje'.

Just don't forget to capitalize the {I}. majQa'!

maj.
