In HolQeD 4:4 we get {batlhHa'} for "dishonorably."
Also, if you've got more than one {chuvmey}, you should put the time marker
*before* the adverbial.
wa'Hu' batlhHa' jImugh.
DaH batlh jImughchoH.

What are you trying to do with {rIn}? I don't follow that part.
There's a rule (TKD p. 70) which states that {'ar} may never follow a noun
with any plural suffix. You can't say *{tlhInganpu' 'ar}, you must say
{tlhIngan 'ar}.
In a previous post about a traffic light, I said that {wovmoHwI'} was not a
good choice for "light," because {wovwI'} was better. In this case, I think
the opposite is true; {wovmoHwI'} would mean "illuminator," and fits the bill
pretty well.
I like the fact that you've decided to use {tI'} to indicate replacing the
lightbulb. You didn't choose {choH} which probably wouldn't have worked.
Another word you might have chosen is {tam}.
wovmoHwI' lutI'meH, tlhIngan 'ar poQlu'?

uuuuggggghhhh . . .
Um, you've said "We are not afraid to be dark!" I don't think you mean that.
How about
tlhInganpu' ghIjbe' pa' Hurgh!
A dark room does not scare Klingons!
