Okay. I should have said {ghaH} instead of {'oH} - but my question still
stands. Who DOES speak the best Klingon (come to think of it, who WRITES the
best Klingon too ??)

Yeah ... erm ... well I didn't mean that exactly. I was kinda heading for
"Obviously not counting Mark Okrand" but I suppose just saying "obviously
not pay attention..." was a bit strong :-)
