"Encha"? What were you trying to say? The only thing I can find that fits that
phonetic pattern is {'engchaj} "their cloud".
Anyway, there is an annual meeting of tlhIngan Hol enthusiasts in the
KLI's home city; it's called the {qep'a'} (which translates as "major
meeting"), and the third one was held a month ago. I believe plans for
the fourth one are already underway, but it won't be held until next
summer. ( I've so far been unable to attend, but I'm setting time and
funds aside in advance for next year).
