lughbe' 'e' vIHar. lughbe' je mu'tlhegh Qav. :)

BOTH your last sentences are wrong. The last one first: you're asking if
the sentence is wrong; "mu'tlheghwIj Qav" is the *subject* and needs to
*follow* the verb: lugh'a' mu'tlheghwIj Qav?

The preceding sentence is more difficult. It's not a simple thing to say
"it is easy/difficult to do X" in Klingon, since that's basically a
sentence-as-subject construction, which Klingon doesn't do directly.
"jImISmoH" is "I confuse (others)"; I presume you meant "jImISmoHmeH" (not
- -moHmoH) for "in order to confuse me", but that would be "vImISmoHlu'meH"
or "jImISmeH". In either case, you get "is (something) easy in order to
confuse me"... which is at best so-so. I tend to try things like
"mumISmoH vay' 'e' nIDDI', ngeD Qu'": when one tries to confuse me, the
task is easy. A little wordy, but I think it gets the meaning across.
