I've often wondered about this very problem, and as far as I can tell, it's
not only perfectly legal, but also a clever thing to do!  Since locatives are
not adverbials, the section in the Addendum (6.7) does not say it's all right
to place them side by side.

Here is another reason: do you have any problem with {ro'qegh'Iwchab'e'
qagh'e' je vISop}?  Both nouns are modified by Type 5 suffixes, but in this
case, they are objects of the verb.
