Yes. Literally, "While three days ago happened."

This doesn't really work. With the normal verbal use of
{rIntaH}, you are using {wej jajmey} as the object, which
doesn't make any sense. If you are trying to use {rIntaH} in
its weird, special way (which mostly served to keep Valkris's
lips moving while normal Klingon grammar would have run out of
syllables as Okrand tried to write a line that could lip-synch
with the English she was speaking when filmed in ST3), then you
are missing a main verb.
In its special use, essentially paralleling the perfective,
{rIntaH} follows a SENTENCE to indicate that its VERB is
emphatically perfective. {wej jajmey rIntaH} contains no verb
for {rIntaH} to modify in this way.
The words simply don't fit together.
