Sorry to intrude mundanity and English, but a grammar point needs to be
made (and in English so people can see it):
You can't say "*HeghlI'taHvIS"; "-lI'" and "-taH" are both type 7
suffixes. Someone once tried, I remember, to say "*-lI'vIS" for this
meaning, and it was basically decided that you couldn't. Okrand is very
clear that you can only use "-taH." So -taH it is, and the
"in-process"-ness of it just has to wind up being lost in this word.
