Okay, which is the word for the crescent shaped sword used on TNG by the
impeccable Lt. Worf.:
batlh'etlh Honor Sword
OR
betleH Type of Hand Weapon.
I've heard them used innerchangably, and (to me), they both sound roughly
the same when said.
