How about recasting:
*boustrophedon* pIqaD wIngachtaH DaneHmo'...
As for whether or not it is a good idea, well, I suspect I
could read and write it fine (since I can read and write
English that way, though I swap to write left handed while
writing right to left), but since we generally communicate over
the InterNet with heterogenous systems whose lowest common
denominator is ASCII with editors that only translate a
sequence of keystrokes into characters from left to right, it
seems like somewhat of a moot point. Our equipment generally
cannot handle it.
I also doubt that most others could handle it as well as I can,
since writing "backwards" is about as rare a hobby as speaking
Klingon. By comparison, my rock climbing hobby is ubiquitous...
