In Okrand's interview in HolQeD 3.3, he indicates that you generally
can't use {-ghach} on a bare verb stem. For "contributions", I would use
{ghaqpu'ghachmey} (completed acts of contributing) or {ghaqta'ghachmey}
(deliberate, completed acts of contributing).
To avoid offending the sensibilities of those who distain the exessive
use of {-ghach}, you could also say:
mubelmoH ghItlhmey ghaqlu'bogh
mubelmoH qechmey ghaqlu'bogh
mubelmoH qechmey boghaqbogh
etc.
