Schoen lectures at Franklin Institute
Some of you have been asking what the dates were for the Klingon lectures
I'm giving at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA. Well, as I
think I mentioned before, all but two of them are private affairs, not
open to the public so if you don't know when they are already you
probably wouldn't be able to get in. However, I will be doing two
"mini" lectures that *are* open to the public on October 29th and 30th at
2:00 pm in the Institute's main hall (called Franklin Hall as there's an
ENORMOUS statute of Ben Franklin sitting in there). The hall is
accessible *without* paying admission to the museum. While the lecture
will be cut way down (probably only about 10 min.) I would certainly
enjoy meeting any KLI members who happen to come by. If you're in the
area that weekend, drop in and wave your KLI membership card at me.
I may even let you buy me lunch! ;)
