Sorry for the unintended slam. Your language skills are
amazing. You've been the driving force behind the MUSH and the
WWW page.

We miss Krankor because he STARTED this list and in addition to
his insight, the man has a kind of charisma. While I have long
been immune to charisma in almost any form, Krankor became dear
to me for the combination of language skill AND appreciation
for the passion in the Klingon cultural perspective.

Besides, we don't miss you because you are here.

Actually, I do miss hearing from you more often, but that is
largely because I don't spend as much time on the MUSH as you
do.

I, for one, am not the slightest bit disappointed in anything
you've done. I don't think it is your job to be Krankor. It's
your job to be Seqram or ~mark, or whoever you want to be
(except, of course, Krankor). This list does not suffer for the
loss of someone carrying on the role of Krankor. The list
simply suffers for the loss of Krankor.

If there is a leadership void, I'm sitting where it ought to be
filled. I've done damned little for the beginners in months.
I've been responsive, but not proactive and the BG role ought
to be proactive. I was moreso earlier on, but my energy level
did not hold up over time.

I've considered that it may be time for a new BG and sent
Krankor a message to that effect, since he seems to be the
person who has beknighted the BGs up to this point, but then,
Krankor never answered, so I figured I'd try to reinvest some
time into it, much to the detriment of KSRP, a responsibility I
have even MORE seriously failed to uphold.

The one thing I think I do well as BG is remain less than a
couple days behind new posts, but as the busy season
approaches, I'm not sure how well I'll even manage THAT. So if
you feel bad about others' perception of you as a leader, at
least you shouldn't feel LONELY.

charghwI'

P.S. Maybe if there are any new people who want to try on BG,
they ought to send a message to that effect to ~mark. I tend to
think it would be better to get a new person in on it for the
experience than to ask trI'Qal or Holtej to do it, just because
I think that better fits the ideals intended by the rotating
post idea, but then it wasn't my idea in the first place, and
"I'm not a REAL grammarian. I just play one on TV."
