To begin with, I would have cast this with only one independent
verb:
QabHa'mo' De'wI'wIj tI'lu'meH jIlengnIS.

As has already been suggested, I think it is fine to place the
adverbial in front of the particular verb in question, whether
it is the main verb or a dependent verb. Meanwhile, I tend to
think of a computer as functioning or not. To disfunction a
little bit seems strange. To slightly fix it is even stranger.
To slightly travel also seems strange.
