Searching for Klingon chap in Dundee

I'm one of the organisers of Intersection, the
53rd World SF Convention to be held in Glasgow
next summer, and I'm trying to get in contact
with a chap in Dundee to see if he might be
interested in giving a talk about
Klingon at the convention.

I heard him speak about it on the UK radio
a year or so ago, but didn't get his name,
can you help?
