a check in US currency payable to the Klingon Language Institute to:
Annual individual membership in the KLI (including a four-issue subscription to HolQeD) is US$15 for people inside the United States, US$18 in Canada, and US$21 for overseas subscribers. Annual institutional membership is US$24 in the US, US$27 in Canada, and US$30 overseas.
